I leased the 2013 Cadillac Performance...
I leased the 2013 Cadillac Performance SRX. I love the car and the service was excellent. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the car. I had stopped earlier at a different dealership, but the sales person did not think I was a serious buyer, and left me without saying a word. At Tustin Cadillac, I was treated with more respect. Thank you Tustin Cadillac for your wonderful service.

I keep trying to support local orange...
I keep trying to support local orange business. But an oil change and tire rotation, balancing cost me again, a second time. The wheel weight came off while driving and tore the abs sensor. Thought it had damaged the wheel hub and bearing but got lucky. Called Tustin Cad on my way to work, Ron said bring her in by 930am if possible and they would look at. Repaired and like new again I am happy. My 07 Cad Escalade ESV is happy too. This is the second time this year that Tustin has fixed somebody else's work. I get it, I am done going any where else but to Tustin Cad for service. You get what you pay for.

my NEW car has been in the dealer for a...
my NEW car has been in the dealer for a week having QUE problems, not what I expecter fron Cadillac this is my third Cadillac and if i have too many issues it might be my last. .the problem is more with the car not the dealer. to have a bradnd new car over 45K and haven't had it too much longer than a month and it is back for a quality issue.

My wife and I leased a Cadillac from Ron...
My wife and I leased a Cadillac from Ron just under three years ago. We were coming up on our lease and my wife stopped in to see what are options were. Ron remembered her and myself from three years ago. He helped us explore multiple options..., looking at a used ESV Escalade, purchasing our Cadillac, and then looking at the 2013 Escalades. We ended up purchasing the 2013 Premium Escalade. We had a wonderful experience with Ron a few years back, had great service from the dealership with our old Escalade, and absolutely love the Escalade. We came back to do it all over again. We've had an wonderful car buying experience both times. Before we left, I told Ron about our other car and our lease, and told him what I was looking for. He gave me great advice on what to do with it, and put me down for the new electric Cadillac coming in a few months. Thank you Ron for your superior professionlism and cusomer service.

I leased a GL550 two weeks ago after...
I leased a GL550 two weeks ago after owning and driving the Escalade since the first one built the GL had to go. I didn't like the Mercedes and bought out the lease then purchased my new 2013 Escalade with the help of Paul Thomas, who was more than accommodating. He is one of the reasons I return to Tustin Cadillac. Many factors brought me back. First I like the size and feel of the car. I enjoy the people I dealt with and most important the Tustin service dept. is excellent! Ron's the man that takes care of me and he is the best. He and others in that department I'm sure help to bring back the customers.

I purchased a 2013 Escalade last weekend...
I purchased a 2013 Escalade last weekend and my family is delighted with the vehicle so far. The service that I received from Paul Thomas and the Tustin Cadillac staff was outstanding and I will certainly recommend both Paul and the dealership to others in the future. Buying a car is rarely fun until you finally get in your new vehicle and drive off the lot, but this was as close to a pleasurable negotiation as is possible.
