Dear Mr. White,
I would like to report the conduct and performance of your associates, Mr. Jim Wilmer and Mr. Paul Thomas. Both of these gentlemen are consummate professionals who perform their job in a professional and courteous fashion. On December 28, 2012, at approximately 6:40 p.m., I arrived at your Cadillac dealership in Tustin. By approximately 7:30 p.m., I was completing my initial consultation with an “On Star” representative from inside of my newly purchased Cadillac ATS. I finished my consultation and left the dealership at approximately 7:45 p.m.
I was referred to Mr. Thomas at Tustin Cadillac through USAA’s car buying service. I called Mr. Thomas on December 28, at around 2:15 p.m. Mr. Thomas returned my call about 15 minutes later. During that rather pleasant conversation with Mr. Thomas, he found me an ATS comporting to my specifications. After a short confab about pricing and financing options, Mr. Thomas politely excused himself and returned my call 10 minutes later. Five minutes into this last conversation, my confidence and trust of Mr. Thomas compelled me to commit my purchase of the new Cadillac ATS over the phone. Mr. Thomas graciously started the detailing and preparation process of the ATS, while at around 4:30 p.m., I left Indio for Tustin with my newly awaiting Cadillac ATS, sight unseen.
When I arrived onto the lot, Mr. Thomas had my ATS ready and waiting in the front of the dealership by the entrance. Unaware that this ATS was soon to be mine, I walked past the vehicle (ironically, I looked at the vehicle and admired it so, thinking to myself that I hope that Mr. Thomas provides me with a comparably beautiful ATS) into the dealership where I was greeted by Mr. Thomas. Courteously, Mr. Thomas seated me in his office and inquired into my well- being before allowing me to verify the accuracy of various forms containing my pertinent information for the vehicle’s purchase. Pleasantly, I was impressed that Mr. Thomas had prepared these forms perfectly in advance of my arrival.
After completing our initial business, in about five minutes, Mr. Thomas escorted me to an opposing office where he introduced me to Mr. Wilmer. Leaving Mr. Wilmer and I to business, the purchasing agreement, finance terms and conditions and various other purchase documents were explained, discussed and shown to me by Mr. Wilmer. These documents were also prepared by Mr. Wilmer before my arrival to the location. My questions were quickly and effectively answered by Mr. Wilmer in a most courteous and respectful manner. I have never encountered anyone in sales financing who is as knowledgeable, professional, courteous and efficient as Mr. Wilmer. The entire process lasted merely only 10 minutes!
I was returned to Mr. Thomas, who explained and provided me with the various accoutrements inherent to the vehicle’s purchase. Pleasingly, I was escorted to my new Cadillac ATS, which was stationed in front of the building’s entrance. After enduring my brief delay of admiration for the aesthetic beauty of the vehicle, Mr. Thomas and I entered the ATS. Mr. Thomas acted efficiently and effectively as he explained, taught and demonstrated to me the vehicle’s operating systems. After all of my questions were answered and only after I felt confident to operate the vehicle’s systems, Mr. Thomas contacted an “On Star” representative and initiated my consultation. This anecdote concluded my purchase.
My experience with the purchase of my Cadillac ATS was remarkable. Mr. Thomas and Mr. Wilmer made one of the most dreaded events in a person’s life (purchasing a new vehicle) into the most pleasing retail occasions in my life! The courtesy, respect and professionalism exhibited by these gentlemen are the characteristics that facilitated such a favorable outcome for me which could have been disastrous so late in the evening. In fact, a colleague of mine who drove me to the dealership and witnessed my experience first-hand was so impressed that he is now contemplating the purchase of a new Cadillac from your dealership. Please take notice of the aforementioned skills and behaviors demonstrated by Mr. Thomas and Mr. Wilmer during my purchase. In taking notice, also please convey my gratitude and satisfaction to these two gentlemen for their exemplary service.
I cannot thank and commend Mr. Thomas and Mr. Wilmer enough for their services. Their conduct illustrated how business should be done. Please praise them for their efforts. Because of my experience with these gentlemen, I will not hesitate to recommend Tustin Cadillac to all of my colleagues and friends.

Sales rep was very knowledgeable. Very few seem to know as much as a normal customer who researches the internet prior to showing up at the dealer. This was an exception, and it mattered. He did not try to sell me, but rather meet my needs, which was refreshing. He was also very patient and supportive as I fumbled with last minute color decisions. Frankly, I have never before left a dealership feeling good about the sales people or process. This was the first time. He should give lessons.

This is our 2nd Cadillac purchase. We were very satisfied with the 1st dealer we used 4 years ago, and returned to them to purchase. Paul Thomas was by far the easiest saleperson to work with. He was straight forward and did not leave anything out.
