I've owned just about every luxury car brand you can think of over the past 25-30 years and I can say, unequivocally, that my recent car buying experience with Paul Thomas of Tustin Cadillac was, without doubt, the finest I've ever had. Professional, patient and ultra-courteous (even taking over 90 minutes of his time in order to give two separate tutorials on all the features of the SRX to me and my wife!), I would not hesitate to recommend my friends to Paul, certain in the knowledge that they would have an equally excellent experience to that which I enjoyed. I found Tustin Cadillac having Eldorado serviced at the one you had on first street in Santa Ana, years ago. I have stuck with your service since then !

Feb. 2010 This is our 2nd Cadillac purchase. We were very satisfied with the 1st dealer we used 4 years ago, and returned to them to purchase. We decided to shop has they did not have the exact vehicle we wanted and were not promising in trying to find the vehicle we wanted. We then went to Tustin Cadillac. Thiis turned out to be a very positive experience for us and they when out of their way to find the exact vehicle we wanted. When we are ready to purchase a 3rd time we will definitely return to Tustin Cadillac, as they far exceeded our expectations. Mike and Paul were excellent!! ~Charles N.
Jan 2010 Paul Thomas was by far the easiest saleperson to work with. He was straight forward and did not leave anything out. I talked with other dealerships in the area who wanted to play the games and even acted rude. There was not even one minute where I felt I was being lied to or mislead. I truly wish the next time I buy a car it will be this easy. The folks at Tustin Cadillac did an A+ job and I have already reffer a friend to them.
